It was the dream of a great architect in love with the sea, who saw in the nautical sector a pearl to be explored. One day, projecting her potential, she brought her dream to life and decided to pass it on to her two daughters.
From that moment on, it has been a long road, developing a sector that is practically non-existent in Colombia, but undoubtedly a road full of challenges and many satisfactions.
Today, thanks to the perseverance, dedication and love that María José and María Margarita have put into every detail, Sunset Yachts is a reality.

MARIA JOSÉ MACHUCA
Professional in Finance and Foreign Trade, stockbroker for 10 years, in love with Colombia and of course with the nautical sector,
One day he decided to get away from the traffic and congestion of the big city and go to develop this dream by the sea, for a long time, along with his sister Maria Margarita and his father, gave shape to this idea, which has been a reality for 7 years:
To offer the Colombian market a quality alternative to enjoy the boat of their dreams.
THE ARCHITECT
The father, an architect full of wonderful dreams, thought one day many years ago to create a company for the sale of boats, what he never imagined was that after many years his two daughters would turn his dreams into reality.
MARIA MARGARITA MACHUCA
Architect with a specialization in urban design, she worked for several years for different companies, always dedicated to architecture, but with the dream of someday creating her own company, what she did not know was that her father’s dream would become the company she dreamed of.
